Overview

The words “relaxing” and “casual” could describe Caribbean culture holistically. But those adjectives are used to stress the lack of stress on offer at the barefoot friendly bungalow cluster that is Las Rocas Resort on the West Bay of Roatan. The 650-square-foot family bungalow, located in a two-story building, can accommodate six people comfortably. There’s a pair of adjoining rooms with one bathroom centering a queen size bed, one full bed and two twin beds. The verandas on each floor have a hammock to bring the relaxation home.

Included in the budget-friendly rate are airport transfers and daily breakfast for the du-ration of your stay. A full meal plan with lunch and dinner in the Italian-inspired water-front restaurant is available.

Great resort for a dive vacation!

by Mikeymon1

Small, private, and adorable. Great place for a dive vacation on the budget side, with a terrific on-site restaurant. Dozens of other eating spots within walking distance, and almost instant access to close-in dive sites from the resort dock via the dive operation. Had a great time!

Ah!! Roatan

Las Rocas is awesome. This was our 3rd time there. We will be back. The grounds are just wonderful and a very short walk to West Bay Beach (best snorkeling in the world) Food there is always great from the breakfast to fish tacos at lunch to whatever fresh fish is served at night. I grew up an airline brat and still am so I have been to many places. Roatan is my favorite place to vacation at this time in my life. Going to Israel in 2020 so probably won’t be back till 2021. Y’all save me a room. You guys always treat us like family when we are there. Laura, and Winson make our dives and food experience the best. Now I wish could hop on a plane tomorrow.
