Located in the heart of Krakow near Old Town, this Poland hotel is also not far away from Wawel Castle. There are 100 comfortable guestrooms, all with complimentary Wi-Fi access so families can stay connected while traveling in Europe. The building also features an elevator and air conditioning, which can sometimes be rare in Europe. The onsite restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is a convenient stop for families before heading out to explore the city.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights, my daughter suffers from severe food allergies and the staff at this hotel could not do enough to make sure her every needs were met, we can’t thank them enough for what they did, but you will find every member off staff that work at this hotel are very friendly and go out of their ways to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, there is nothing I can say bad about this place, it’s clean the food was good and it is well located, only a short walk to the main square.
Should I come back to Poland I would definitely book to stay in this hotel
My wife & I stayed here for 4 nights in March 2019 on a B&B basis.
Good Points; Well located, 10 minute walk to main square, Friendly and helpful reception staff, Cooked or Continental breakfast, Clean and modern decor in restaurant (ground floor), Small Bar, Lounge area with a few (small dining tables
2 Lifts, Clean warm Bedroom & Modern room decor, Clean bathroom, Sheets/Towels replaced daily, TV, Kettle, Coffee & Tea, free bottles of water every day.
Not so good points; No fridge in room, No Balcony or interesting view (our room anyway) Shower only - no bath, Noisy students, Building work in progress in building next door but we we were pre-warned so not bad.
Good value, I would recommend this hotel.
