Located in the heart of Krakow near Old Town, this Poland hotel is also not far away from Wawel Castle. There are 100 comfortable guestrooms, all with complimentary Wi-Fi access so families can stay connected while traveling in Europe. The building also features an elevator and air conditioning, which can sometimes be rare in Europe. The onsite restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is a convenient stop for families before heading out to explore the city.

Check in was quick, staff welcoming. I had requested a higher floor, was given 4th floor room 431 which is located at the front of the hotel, lovely view of the park. The room was modern and spotlessly clean.Very little storage space but we managed as only stayed for three nights.Kettle in the room but only ever left one coffee per person each day. Breakfast was 06.30-10.30 something for everybody. We enjoyed relaxing each evening at the bar which was open until 00.30, service was fabulous and also reasonably priced. The food in the Bistro bar was lovely and again reasonably priced.
I would recommend the hotel and without doubt stay again.
This hotel could not be more well positioned it in between all attractions and near a park.
The hotel is whilst modern inside looks fitting with all other buildings external, from the entrance it’s staff the housekeeping everything is superb they organised our transfers to and from the airport and our trip to Auschwitz and we cannot fault them, they were very quick in responding to any of my emails and could not of been more kind.
Cannot really single out staff because they were all great.
If there was a downside my wife would say it was the breakfast as there is not enough British offerings though there is cereals, fruit, yogurts, bread, bacon, scrambled egg and the usual sausages but I found it great and the breakfast room was very pleasant
