Overview

Situated on Lake Annecy in France, Les Tresoms Lake and Spa Resort features beautiful surroundings, complemented by an outdoor pool, wellness spa and a few restaurants. Complimentary breakfast is served each morning, as well. Accommodations are outfitted with two single beds or a double bed, so you’ll need to book two rooms if you have more than three guests in your group. The resort welcomes children, but mostly caters to adults.

Service, what service???

Great location. Rooms ok. Service non existent. Have to continually go to reception to ask for bar service. No service at all around the pool area.
Today asked for a sandwich for lunch instead of the little they had to offer but was told the chef would not make one. I think they forget who is the guest !!
After complaining with restaurant manager surprisingly a sandwich became available. Pretty poor all round basically

Very nice location but not a 4-star service

The room had a beautiful view but we were disappointed by the service: no help with luggages at arrival or when going up in the room, cocktails at bar were expensive and very limited choice (manager would refuse making classics when we were the only customers there...), had to open windows at night for AC temperature could not be changed while staff was dressing tables under our window outside at 3am...Hotel staff member discussing bad payers procedures with vendors in hotel lounge, with customers around. We did not use the SPA for we were advised of limited time allowed, as soon as we made the reservation. I do not recommend Les Tresoms, pretty disappointing.
