Valet parking service was sleeping, so we parked our car ourselves (also a few dollars cheaper). When checking in, we were offered an upgrade price for a fantastic view on the river for 40 USD (not worth it, you see the Trump tower on the other side and that's it). Restaurant was o.k., prices quite high, we only went there once.
Rooms were clean, but little overpriced like the whole hotel. Loud neighbours in the next room and also housekeeping quite noisy. Next time I would choose another one.
Unbelievable views. Super friendly helpful staff.
My fiancé and I came early to the city after spending the week north of the city in the suburbs with family. We had never been to Chicago before and wanted something downtown close to everything. London house definitely delivers. Directly across from Trump hotel your a hop skip and a jump from everything. The staff were amazing. Will definitely be back.
