Pleasant and Affordable Stay

We came in a group of 8 persons, stayed in deluxw room. It was a nice room and bathroom. The location is in Pecatu area near Garuda Wishnu Kencana Cultural Park, so you have to go in to Pecatu Indah resort, follow the road, it located after New Kuta golf. They don't have a swimming pool but you can use a swimming in Klapa resort for free. Their rate package was including breakfast for 2 persons, 2 tickets with transfer to Dreamland Park. Affordable stay.

Need improvement alot

I stayed in this large hotel just for 2 working days. I spend days out of hotel.
I disapponted with this hotel because its looks not well maintain.
First. The cleanliness. I found my bed so dusty so I call housekeeping to change the bedsheet at night.
Second. The bathtub with shower. They dont provide shower curtain so easily spoil the floor. Then the tub so high, not easy to come in or out especialy for elder on WET floor.
They only provide 2 shower towels only not sets of 3 for this standart of hotel.
Third. The breakfast too simple for a four stars hotels. Though there is an egg station but they cook omelette only without any toppings.. and no plate (I should bring plate from other station)

The hotel physics itselfs looks awesome but it pity they are not maintain well
