Why fight for a spot outside when you can easily watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade from a warm hotel along the parade route? See the floats and performers from your VIP seats at one of these hotels, some of which are offering viewing packages for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade 2019. (While these packages and parade-view hotels aren’t cheap, remember this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience!)

Residence Inn New York Manhattan/Times Square

The Residence Inn New York Manhattan/Times Square is offering a Prime View Room Package for the 2019 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Families can enjoy unobstructed views of the balloons and floats from the comfort of their cozy suite! A minimum four-night stay is required. A Partial Room View Package is also available and gives guests a birds-eye view of the parade from one of the hotel’s North or South-facing studio suites; a three-night stay is required for this package. Availability is limited, so act fast! All guests enjoy complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi.

The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade View Room Package at the Hilton Garden Inn New York/West 35th Street includes an overnight stay in one of the hotel’s Parade View rooms, plus two complimentary drinks at the lobby bar (per stay). Guestrooms are equipped with mini-fridges, microwaves and coffeemakers, plus free Wi-Fi. The hotel also offers an onsite restaurant, The Garden Grille & Bar.

1 Hotel Central Park offers two types of parade view guestrooms: 1 of a Kind View (eye-level), with a $100 in-room dining credit (which you can use on the hotel’s pre-fixe Thanksgiving dinner!) and 3 p.m. late checkout; and 1 of a Kind Access (birds-eye view) with a 1 p.m. late checkout. A two-night minimum stay (November 27 and 28) is required.

The Quin is situated right on the parade route and offers beautifully appointed guestrooms and suites with parade views, an onsite restaurant, in-room dining and high-speed Wi-Fi (so you can share all of those parade pics on Instagram, of course!). Reservations for Thanksgiving weekend 2019 can be made on the hotel’s website or by calling 855-447-QUIN (7846). Guests planning to reserve a parade view or partial parade view room should specify at the time of booking in order to determine availability.  A three-night minimum stay is required.

The Hotel Belleclaire is offering a Thanksgiving Parade Package with deluxe accommodations, continental breakfast, blankets, a selfie stick and thermoses filled with hot chocolate or warm apple cider. The package is priced for two people, but children can easily be added. Free Wi-Fi is available, as are private car transfers (fee). Note: This hotel is not on the parade route.

The Warwick, New York, is close to Times Square, Central Park and Rockefeller Center, and is perfectly situated on the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Route. New York Hilton, Midtown

And come Thanksgiving, guests can see the parade from just about anywhere in the hotel, with three parade view room options available: Partial and Passing Views (distant views), Unobstructed Full Parade Views (full aerial views) and the Ultimate Corner View (eye-level with the balloons). Other perks at the New York Hilton, Midtown, include an onsite restaurant and two bars, concierge, tour desk, convenience store and gift shop.
