Spectacular Room with a view!

by BeverlyM869

Stayed there 2 weeks ago. The room was very spacious with 2 heaters. Two comfy chairs for reading. A large deck with a pleasant view. The bed was super comfy. Close to everything in town. Had a nice little lounge to order a drink while waiting for the room to be ready.

Loved the location and facility

The hotel is an historic building in Anacortes and was moved to the current location years ago. The building is well maintained and has a warmth and charm about it that you don't usually find in today's mainstream hotels. We had a king suite with a balcony and while the weather was exactly perfect, I did enjoy the view and had hoped to be able to spend more time out there. If I have one criticism it would be there isn't enough space in the bathroom to put your toiletries, but we were able to make due. The bed is very comfortable and the room was spacious with a refrigerator, electric tea kettle and french press coffee maker. Very nice touch to receive fresh ground coffee upon check in. When in the area the next time we will certainly stop here.
