My family and I stayed here thurs through sun for our vacation and had to deal with a constant roach issue. We brought this issue up to the front desk twice and was told it was flying bugs from outside. These roaches were in drawers and crawling on the walls. At one point we killed 6 roaches in our bedroom within a thirty minute period. This hotel also had the rudest daytime front desk staff I had ever seen. When we mentioned the roach issue the lady at the front desk had a dumbfounded look on her face like they didn’t know they had an issue. When we checked out there was also another family at the desk complaining about roaches and they ended up leaving. This is a very unprofessional way to do business and we will never stay here again!!!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. Rooms were clean. We loved the fact that there was lots to do right at the hotel. (pool, putt putt, shuffle board, corn hole, Tiki Bar and of course the beach) Would definitely go there again.
