Our room on the third floor facing the pool was not exactly what we imagined, but ended up suiting us just fine. The front desk did everything they could to satisfy us during our check in. The bed was perfect for me, I got extra rest the week I stayed here. June temps were perfect. The swimming pool area was plenty large in June and staff walks around with little surprises from time to time, like cooling face masks and frozen grapes. Some things to plan for - food at the pool bar could be better and available much later. Poolside 'bar' service was scarce the week I was there, a one-man show; bartenders were super friendly. Studio units have a very limited kitchen, a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot and small bar sink.
Beautiful place, staff is very kind and a lot of activities on site. No food after 6 pm unless you leave the premises or order room service. Rooms are great, spacious and very nice! Shuttle bus drivers are great and took you basically anywhere you wanted to go. Also visited the spa at JW, just a short distance away, it was amazing!
