I am so happy that I found this resort! We had a one night stay for my daughter's 9th birthday. The room was SO CUTE! It was decorated so lovely. The grounds are adorable too. We took a walk around the resort and you really have a camping vibe. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. My daughters are 9 and 10 so perhaps a better fit for younger kids but had we gone swimming they do have a normal pool so my daughters would have been entertained. I read other reviews that the beds are uncomfortable. I did not find that to be the case. I am not a good sleeper when I travel but I actually had a fantastic night sleep at this hotel. Free coffee in the lobby. I just wish the lobby would be open a bit earlier to enjoy the coffee (we were there a Thursday morning and could not get coffee until 8:00). I also thought check out was a bit early (10:00). I plan to stay here again for future Wisconsin Dell visits.
We had 30+ for a family reunion. We had a wonderful time. Rooms were clean, the kids loved the pools and the service was good. They let us use the Pow Wow room, when it ended up raining for our family cookout out at the Gazebo. The only issue was the use of the $20 gift certificates, that came with our rooms. There was some confusion on what we could use the certificates for and was told the places we wanted (that were on their list), we couldn't use them. So, ask a lot of questions before hand.
