Marriott La Reforma Hotel

by merk1444

We stayed at the hotel for three wonderful nights. The location was great and was quite accessible. The facility was well maintained and the front desk personnel, concierge staff and ground personnel were very efficient and welcoming. The Executive Lounge staff need to be give a round of applause for the excellent service they gave us. We would be remiss if we did not name them: Magdalena, Octavio, Roberto, Moises and Mauricio! These employees embody the Marriott values and my hat is off to them. Kudos for an excellent job well done!

Great service!

I have stayed here for over 30 days in the last few months. The staff is outstanding! I am a Marriott Elite Member and go to the M Club each morning and night. The staff (Roberto, Magda, Moises and Mauricio) make me feel like I am at home. It is very hard to be away from home so much. And to have people remember you, what you like your coffee and what your favorites are makes the stay much better! I am always greeted with a smile and sometimes gifts on local holidays! The 4 of them are truly heaven sent! I will miss them when I am no longer needed in Mexico City!
