Right where you need to be

by AudGreen

The Mills House Wyndham Grand Hotel is right in the middle of all the action of the historic town of Charleston. We were able to walk EVERYWHERE, from tours to museums to breakfast and dinner. Fantastic location.
The room was clean and average sized. The bed and pillows were comfy. I personally HATE the new barn door style of bathroom doors, and that would probably be my only complaint. It is like you are in a closet with a light curtain separating the rest of the room. It's not really a door.
Lobby was always booming with life. We did not have an opportunity to enjoy the courtyard because we were constantly on the go. In addition, they were setting up for a wedding on Saturday and breaking down the set up on Sunday. (There were at least 10 weddings nearby Saturday night.)
There was a lot of noise early Sunday morning. For a quiet little town with very little movement, I was surprised.

Saturday lunch

by Elsa M

Stopped by for lunch on Saturday and what a pleasant surprise. We sat at the bar and watched some football. It was busy as they were preparing for a wedding however the food and service was excellent !! Melanie was absolutely divine, next time I come in to Charleston I will definitely stay at the Millshouse and I hope Melanie continues to work there because she’s an asset to your company.
