The staff at the hotel steals

The breakfast was plantiful and tasty .According to the hotel, the room is equipped with a safe, but in reality there is no safe in the room. We left our personal papers and a credit card in a small wallet between our packages. On Saturday, October 26, 2019, the bank card was stolen from a closed filing cabinet inside a closed bag. We noticed for two days that it was gone, but by then $ 305 had been spent on it, with the PIN cracked. For this reason, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as one of the staff steals.

Really helpful staff

Ahmed at the front desk is a legend. He helped my friend and myself when we were stranded and hadn’t slept. A quick call to the cleaning team got us checked in early and he couldn’t do enough to help. The perfect worker to have on your front desk and one to model for other hotels
