Stayed in September 2019. Very basic rooms . Ants in the kettle ,up the walls and in the bathroom . When we complained we moved rooms next day only because we insisted .Rooms and bathroom need to be repainted . Squashed mosquitos on bathroom walls Needs to be washed off at least.. The brochure is deceptive. Pool full of mould . Staff lovely and helpful .tried their best to help .Sick injured and starving cats .
Breakfast great .Dinners not always great . Crab bisque awful. A bowl of very brown salty broth with 2 tiny crabs . It is illegal in many countries to use such tiny crabs !!!!!. Shame on you . I will go back to Rodrigues again but not to this hotel . Very disappointing is an understatement. Shame that the manager is not present .........!!!!

I stopped at the hotel for a long weekend and it was bliss!.....This is the place to be if you want a haven where you can escape all of life's stresses!.....The chalets are set in lush tropical gardens with an abundance of flowers like hibiscus, Frangipaniers etc. ....The site has a excellent view of the beautiful beach and the sea!......Sunsets are indeed fabulous there!....The restaurant is average as far as the food is concerned but there is a choice of simple menus, consisting mainly of the typical local cuisine for the main meals and for the desserts too!....The rooms did not have Wi Fi but there was some coverage in the restaurant areas!....There was some entertainment most evenings and a sega night at weekends!......It is definitely a place where one can go to relax for a few days!
