Overview

The convenient central location, variety of onsite restaurants, air-conditioned rooms, and onsite pool, hot tub, and sauna are what set the Marriott hotel apart from many of Munich’s other hotels. Families can opt for a single room with two double beds, book two connecting rooms, get a smaller suite and supplement with cribs/rollaway beds, or spring for luxury with the three-bedroom presidential suite. Suites include living areas, mini-fridges, and extra amenities.

The hotel does serve a very good buffet breakfast at their Fresh Fields restaurant, but it will cost you an additional fee. Also, note that Wi-Fi is only available in public areas of the hotel (or in-room for Marriott Rewards members).

Really great hotel

by lisamR7546HQ

Stayed here 1 night for business recently. Very professional and courteous check in and also allowed me to check in and drop my back to the room before going to a business meeting. Really spacious room, good layout with everything you need. Good food choice in the restaurant. Only downside was the traffic noise I could hear from the room. Would return

Opening Day Octoberfest Munich

by KenStreet

The greatest group party ever! Going opening day was really special. Not knowing what to expect we dove in.
Arrived at one of two gates at 8am waiting with a festive crowd. Gates opened at 9am and every seasoned partier knew which tent was the best. Madness!! A mad stampede ensued.. Barely made it safely without being trampled. Really crazy scene. Once inside the crowd was rushing to one of Seven major beer halls ( tents). Ours was Hacker Schorr a mere 6k attendees. Patiently waiting for the traditional 1st keg to be tapped by the mayor of Munich at noon!!! Pomp and circumstance and then the greatest party ever erupted. WOW if you ever get the chance to attend....put it on your bucket list! You won’t be disappointed!
