I will definitely stay at this motel again ! Pet friendly, full kitchen to save me money, the best staff ever and so courteous, and hot coffee and snack if I needed! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars bus beds may need replaced for some sagging . I stayed a full week. Great rates and clean rooms. Loved loved the full kitchen and microwave! I will absolutely stay again !
What a great place to stay. For sure I won't be staying anywhere else in Missoula from now on.
The place is immaculate. My room was big, super clean, nice view, full size fridge and freezer, large HD TV, the heat/AC worked great. There is no smoking anywhere near the doors so it's not blowing in and has no smell of smoke anywhere. It's the first place stating they are pet friendly that really are pet friendly. There's plenty of places to walk dogs and lots of grass and walking trails. The hotel is quiet too even when booked. It's convenient to eating places. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful, great eye contact. They have excellent skills with the public and seem to enjoy their jobs. I'll be back for sure!
There is only one thing that needs improvement and that was the bed in Rm. 200. Either the springs are shot or it's just too soft. It squeaks horrible and woke me up when I'd turn over. Also it seems like it slopes to the top of the bed too. That's easily fixable though. I'd trade that out to be on par with how great everything else is.
