Unless you NEED kitchen facilities, skip this place

by 58marilynb

Probably the noisiest hotel I've stayed at, in a long time. Considering how new it is, it is clear corners were cut on soundproofing. You can hear conversations in rooms 3 doors down. And you'll hear every word of every conversation next door. Typically noisy individual heat/AC unit. Another surprise in a rather new property. The kitchen has NOTHING in it, so no idea what you do to actually use it. There was no info in the room to explain. You also don't get housekeeping each day, unless you ask. Unless there's nowhere else to stay in Missoula, we probably won't be back. It's not that cheap of a place to be so cut rate.

no pets

The room is great, expensive, but great. If you have a pet and she barks just once (I was told to shut her up by Mariah) out you go. Jilly only barks to say hi, she was meeting new people in the lobby. Not pet friendly at all unless your pet is a lizard.
