Nestled on the shores of Thompson Bay, The Nautical is one of Arizona’s most luxurious resorts — a tropical paradise with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Boasting 139 rooms and suites, it’s a great place to stay any time of the year. Families might be most comfortable in the Cove Suite, which boasts two queen beds and a living area with a sofa sleeper. The most spacious option is the Executive Suite, which can sleep up to eight guests. Every room includes a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, wireless Internet, and daily maid service.
A wide variety of onsite activities are available to entertain guests of all ages. Parents will appreciate golf, shopping, and boat rentals, while children love splashing at the Kids Zone Waterpark. Then, of course, everyone enjoys going for a swim in the Caribbean-style infinity-edge pool and going down to the steps-away beach. It’s safe to say that the Nautical has something for everyone. Throughout the year it is also host to events like concerts, car shows, and even a balloon festival.
Onsite you’ll find three restaurants and bars. At the Turtle Grille, you’ll enjoy a relaxed comfortable indoor atmosphere and American food. At WET guests find a contemporary menu to order from as they relax in the poolside Cabanas. Finally, at the Turtle Beach Bar, you’ll be able to put your toes in the sand as you sit at an umbrella table sipping a tropical island drink.

Never could talk to anyone, got put on hold for 30 minutes the first time ( yes I actually put a timer on it) left two messages with my phone number, it's been four days and no call back, tried to call a second time was put on hold for forty minutes, I am sure about the time because I was driving towards lake Havasu, no one picked up either phone call, if this is an indication of what customer service is don't stay here, they are probably too lazy to answer the phone or any questions, hoping it gets booked online, don't take my word for it call them
We always stay here and I don't think I have written a review. The location is great. It's right on the water and it's dog friendly. The restaurants and bars on the property are great. The Turtle Bar and grill have a great variety of food and drinks. The service is excellent. Jacqui was our server for two nights and she was AWESOME!!! She was super friendly and we were happy to be seated in her area twice. The drink menus are awesome! I hope they never get rid of the 44 North nectarine vodka and the Mojave chop salad. They are really good! I did notice how all of the employees were very helpful and great. Customer service was awesome here.
