I stayed at this place for one night as my hotel round corner could not accomodate me the full stay. Its pretty run down couldn't check in un til 2 the aircon only works when your in the room no a business card didn't do the normal trick took forever for the little unit to cool the room down esp returning to my room after dinner. Toilet would not flush. water pressure in shower was useless the decking under the lounge chairs was rotten actually a hazard if you weren't careful The sheets were grey. Pointed out to reception on checkout toilet failing not even an apology Disappointing this place could actually be good with some care and attention

This is a nice find for an affordable, well maintained and run villa in a good location.
Very friendly and efficient service.

I’ve stayed in many villas in Bali at all price points. This one hits above its grade. Lovely lush gardens, tasteful decor, well maintained and an oasis in busy Seminyak.

The garden/pool space around the villa is a bit tight but it’s fully enclosed in greenery making it feel like in a private garden. Well done.

I’d come back.
