Qatar Airlines is adding new kids’ amenities and boosting the quality of its flights for families. (Something U.S.-based airlines may want to consider!)
Kids flying on Qatar will receive amenity kits themed for their age groups. For the older kids, a Monopoly-themed amenity kit, for the younger kids, a Mr. Potato Head kit. Even infants will receive special kits with diapers, a bottle, toys and baby food. Kids will receive Mr. Potato Head and other toys, crayons, stickers and fun, as well as lunch boxes with juice boxes, treats and meals.
Also included in the kid-friendly upgrades is the new BabyTV network on its Qatar IFE systems. While kids have Disney/Pixar and other popular programs, infants will now have an educational channel with songs, learning games and calming visuals.
