Courtyard by Marriott has always been a trusted brand for families, but the chain’s newest property, expected to debut this summer, is the first one created specifically with families in mind.

The new resort, Courtyard Waterpark Hotel (tentatively named as such), will open just 5 minutes (by foot) from Disneyland Resort — in fact, it will be the closest hotel to the park (aside from affiliate hotels). Here’s what else families can expect:

Guestrooms
Guestrooms will feature bunk beds, large bathrooms, mini-fridges and microwaves. Guests will also have access to free Wi-Fi, plus Netflix, Pandora and Hulu on flat-screen televisions — you’ll be able to use your subscriptions, even while away from home! Many rooms will also offer views of the fireworks at Disneyland.

Waterpark
The hotel will feature a 20,000-quare-foot waterpark with two slides, a 400-gallon dump bucket, a play structure, children’s pool, lap pool, and hot tub. All guests will have complimentary access to the waterpark.

Onsite Dining
The hotel will provide The Bistro, a cafe exclusive to Courtyard by Marriott, along with another outdoor cafe (with views of the fireworks at Disneyland), Starbucks, and a market for food on the go. The hotel will also feature a full-service bar.

Additionally, Courtyard Waterpark Hotel will offer an onsite gift shop, fitness center, and concierge services.
