Disney’s family adventure tour group, Adventures by Disney, has announced new itineraries for 2015 that are now available for bookings – and the new adventures includes one especially adventurous trip to the Amazon and Galapagos Islands.
Beginning in 2015, families can join Adventures by Disney for a 12-day, 11-night tour of Ecuador, including the Amazon and Galapagos Islands. Families who embark on this adventure will receive a four-night river cruise on the Amazon River through the Amazon jungle and a three-night beachfront stay in the Galapagos. The trip includes a guided day trip to another Galapagos island, a chance to explore the city of Quito, a cooking class and chocolate tasting, and a number of activities that brings families closer to the culture and history of Ecuador.
Other new itineraries include long weekends in New York City, with a chance to visit Good Morning America and catch a Broadway performance of “Aladdin;” and San Francisco and Napa Valley, with a chance to visit the Walt Disney Family Museum, the campus of Lucasfilm, Muir Woods and a Napa vineyard.
