Disney’s Epcot will launch its After-Hours Wind Down this evening through September 15, 2014. The later hours will allow guests to stay in the park after Epcot’s nightly IlluniNations fireworks show until 11 p.m.
The extra hours is limited only to La Cava del Tequila in Mexico, Rose & Crown Pub in the United Kingdom, Spice Road Table in Morocco, and Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar in Italy. Each restaurant will cost guests $35 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) and provide light bites and one beverage.
While not targeting kids, the after-hours program will be a nice addition for families traveling with teens or parents who can sneak in a date night. The restaurants require reservations made online, by phone or at Epcot’s Guest Relations, and is not included in the regular Epcot ticket, which is still required to enter the park. Reservations are taken up to 180 days in advance.
