Escape Rooms, challenging rooms that teams work together solving clues in order to escape, have become the rage. Now, The Franklin Institute becomes the first science room to debut its Escape Rooms. The Philadelphia museum is launching two themed experiences this June.

Island Escape and Intergalactic Escape will debut at The Franklin Institute at 4,000 square feet, the largest Escape Room experience in Philadelphia. Besides the puzzle-solving elements traditionally found in Escape Rooms, the museum’s rooms will incorporate technology and interactive effects for its audiences.

Tickets are now available with Intergalactic Escape opening June 14, and Island Escape beginning June 28. Single tickets for the evening and weekend offerings are $28 and do not include general admission to The Franklin Institute. The experiences will be available through 2018.
