First Phase of $43-Million Renovation Complete at Brooklyn Bridge Marriott

New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge is undergoing a $43-million renovation, revealing its first phase this May. The hotel, which opened in 1998, was the first branded hotel to open in Brooklyn in more than 60 years, and is the area’s largest with 667 guest rooms.

The hotel’s new look will occur in stages, with the transformation of the former Great Room Lobby into The Bar, Front Desk and new M Club Lounge debuting next month. Rooms will receive upgrades and a new look in the following phases.
