The luxury resort and hotelier Four Seasons announced it will be adding three new hotels in the United States by 2016. Lovers of the brand can expect to see new properties unveiled in New York City, the Hawaiian island of Oahu and the Miami area.

With the opening of the new One World Trade complete, downtown New York City is becoming a viable destination for visitors. Joining Lower Manhattan by 2016 will be the Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown. The second Four Seasons Hotel in Manhattan (the first is located in Midtown), will be a 185-room property in Tribeca, just steps from SoHo, Wall Street and World Trade Center. The ground floor will offer a street-level restaurant, and a spa and fitness center will be included.

Near Miami, Surfside, Florida, will open an intimate, more exclusive property along 9 acres of Atlantic Ocean waterfront. Four Seasons Hotel The Surf Club will feature 77 rooms, four swimming pools, 40 beach cabanas and lush, tropical landscaped gardens.

The Four Seasons will also enter Oahu’s market for the first time with its Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina. The fifth of the hoteliers’ Hawaiian resorts will be found in the exclusive Ko Olina area, about 40 minutes from Honolulu. The 358-room property will feature multiple pools, beaches, water sports, a spa, tennis, and access to the neighboring Ko Olina Golf Club.
