Hogwarts Express Opening at Universal Orlando

First there was Hogsmeade in Universal Orlando’s Islands of Adventure, and soon Diagon Alley will join Universal Studios Florida, and to combine the two will be the new Hogwarts Express.

The new ride provides one more way for Harry Potter fans to feel like they have entered his world, with a ride on the same train that Harry and friends ride to get from London to Hogwarts. Guests can board the recreated King’s Cross Station in London inside the Universal Studios park, passing through platform 9 3/4’s brick wall, and travel to Hogsmeade Station at Island’s of Adventure. Look out the window and see Hagrid flying by on his dragon, take in the British countryside scenery, and watch clips from the Harry Potter films — each direction provides a different experience for passengers.

In order to ride Hogwarts Express and visit both parks, guests will need a Park-to-Park Admission. (Guests with only Single Park Admission will not be able to ride the train.)
