Marriott International’s JW Marriott brand will debut its first beachfront resort in the continental United States in January 2017 on Florida’s Marco Island when it transfers the current Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort, Golf Club and Spa into its luxury brand.

Located at the mouth of the “Ten Thousand Islands” of Southwest Florida, surrounded by emerald green Gulf of Mexico waters, the Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort is the No. 1-rated property on the island. To become a JW branded hotel, the resort will add a new adults-only tower with a rooftop, oceanfront, infinity edge swimming pool. Newly designed guest rooms and suites will grow from 726 to 810 offerings, and expanded pool decks, a refurbished lobby and a new grand entrance have already been completed for guests to enjoy now.

The resort features four pools, a spa, outdoor dining, and Championship golf.
