Mammoth Mountain Ski Area has announced it will acquire Big Bear Mountain Resort’s Snow Summit and Bear Mountain Ski Areas.

Mammoth Mountain Ski Area already owns June Mountain, and as part of the new acquisition, all four resorts will join forces to offer an unlimited season pass, appropriately named the Cali4nia Pass. The adult pass is discounted at $689 until Sept. 27. Rates are $199 for kids (ages 5 to 12) and $519 for teens (ages 13 to 18).

In related news, Vail Resorts recently purchased Park City Mountain Resort; the company now operates 22 ski areas and also offers a similar all-access pass.
