Spring will bring a host of new hotels to New York City, with the arrival of a new Aloft property in the Financial District, a Cambria Suites, a property along Central Park, and a new hotel and a luxury offering in Midtown. Read on for more information on the new New York accommodations:

1 Hotel Central Park. Not what you would typically guess to be located near Central Park, 1 Hotel is an eco hotel filled with reclaimed wood, organics and live plants. Guests receive healthy snacks upon arrival, and will stay within steps (and views) of the Park. The hotel rooms and suites include free Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers you can connect to from your electronic devices.

Aloft Manhattan Downtown – Financial District. Opening in late April, the Aloft brand enters the Financial District, typically a hot spot for business travelers but also growing in popularity for families visiting Ground Zero and Battery Park. The hip hotel welcomes pets and offers free Wi-Fi to SPG members (free membership), as well as a 24/7 pantry and a casual bar.

The Baccarat Hotel. With a luxurious Parisian air, the Baccarat enters the Midtown skyline with Baccarat crystal sprinkled throughout the elegant and contemporary space awash in silvers and grays. A combination hotel and residences, visitors have a selection of 114 rooms and suites, and elegant dining in the Grand Salon and the French Chevalier restaurant. The hotel features an indoor pool, fitness center and spa.

Cambria Hotel & Suites New York – Chelsea. This contemporary property, set to open at the end of March, will feature 135 rooms with dividers to separate the sleeping area from the living area, with a sofa sleeper available. The suites will have microwaves, refrigerators and free Wi-Fi, while guests can also enjoy a rooftop terrace.

The New York Edition. Hotel design king Ian Schrager recently opened an Edition property in Miami, and now New York will get its own Edition this April. Located on Madison Avenue, the sleek and stylish property features 273 rooms and suites in a historic 41-story clock tower. Guests may enjoy onsite dining, a spa and a fitness center.
