The Philadelphia Eagles have opened a state-of-the-art sensory room at Lincoln Financial Field.

The Eagles collaborated with The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia to create a 500-square-foot space that’s designed for fans with autism and other sensory challenges.

They also worked with a non-profit group called Kulture City, whose mission is to create inclusion at attractions including sports venues. KultureCity has helped more than a dozen NBA, NHL and NFL stadiums understand and cater to guests with everything from autism to PTSD.

In addition to the new room at Lincoln Financial Field, guests can request sensory bags with noise cancelling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards and weighted lap pads. Visitors can also download the KultureCity app for a complete guide to sensory features at the stadium.
