World’s Largest LEGO Model Ship Arrives at the Queen Mary

The world’s largest model ship made entirely of LEGO bricks will make its debut aboard the Queen Mary, Britain’s famous ocean liner that is now docked in Long Beach, California.

The model will be of the famous Queen Mary and required 600 workers and 250,000 LEGO parts. It weighs more than 600 pounds and stands nearly 5 feet tall, 3 feet wide and 26 feet long. The model, created by certified LEGO builders Bright Bricks, will be on exhibit beginning July 4, 2015.
