Wyndham Hotel Group has announced the groundbreaking of Wyndham Grand Resort Clearwater Beach, expected to debut in 2017.
Upon completion, guests can expect a large outdoor pool, top-notch spa, onsite restaurants (accessible from Beach Walk), and access to the beach. They can also expect a convenient location — the hotel will be situated less than 20 minutes from Tampa International Airport, and close to restaurants, shops and attractions in Tampa, as well.
The hotel will offer a total of 450 guestrooms and suites.
