The iconic Yankee Clipper Resort in Fort Lauderdale — the hotel that looks like a ship on land — continues to evolve as B Resort. It officially became B Resort Fort Lauderdale in December, 2014.

The resort has began extensive redesigns to its lobby, restaurants, corridors, outdoor and public space, and all 487 guestrooms and suites. In addition to the redesign, a new B Indulged Spa Suites AVEDA will be added, along with a new grab-and-go dining space and event space. One of only four resorts located directly on Fort Lauderdale Beach rather than across A1A, the entire resort will remain open throughout the renovation.

Reservations are expected to be complete by mid-2016.
