All guests receive complimentary beach tags. When it’s time for a break from the sand and surf, head for the hotel’s outdoor pool, open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, April to October, or relax on the sun deck, open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

All guestrooms are the same, equipped with kitchenettes that have mini-fridges, microwaves, coffeemakers (bring your own coffee), and stoves. Wi-Fi is available for $2 per day or $5 for the week, per device.

Complimentary perks include coffee service in the lobby from 6 to 11 a.m. daily, one free parking space per room, and a lending library with games and DVDs. There’s an onsite, coin-operated laundry facility, as well.

Solid Choice Near Boardwalk

by pennsylvaniab

The hotel/motel is large, but well-managed. Parking and check-in were easy and the staff friendly. Te room was basic but has everything you need. The room was clean and everything was in working order. It occupies a great location and the price is good. It was just right for us...Oh, and a nice touch: the Ocean 7 gives visitors a free coffee mug on check-out. Nice.

So close to the boardwalk/beach!

Clean room with small kitchenette, even with dishes stocked! The location was perfect-right next to the boardwalk. I loved that they have books and board games in the lobby for guests to use. They were also very generous in allowed us to stay parked and use the bathroom after our check-out time. The staff was friendly, and the price was great (we stayed 'off-season' though, after Labor Day).
