This is an affordable hotel in a great location in south beach. It is walkable to all the shops and restaurants as well as the beach. Hotel staff was very friendly and nice. Hotel was clean and the rooms were very spacious.
The website description is a little deceiving as it states that they include beach chairs and umbrellas. By that, they mean that you can choose from a hand-full of old and dirty beach chairs from their small storage closet. We stayed for three days and on each of the days there was no umbrella available; we had to buy our own.
Also, the breakfast that they offer is not much (toast, cream cheese and a couple of containers of Activia yogurt). If you are booking this hotel for the amenities, DON'T. However, location and price made up for it.

We stayed here for one night and was very surprised at how big our room was!
I paid for a room to sleep 3 adults and expected to have the usual 2 double beds but when we arrived and got to our room we found a double bed in the main room and off to one side was entrance to a smaller room to another double bed which was very nice. The beds was comfortable to sleep on with no issues.
There was no breakfast but coffee provided in the morning and some fruit.
The room was nice, clean and as mentioned spacious.
Would I stay again?....Yes as long as the price is reasonable and I get that BIG room again!
