What a horrid place this is for the money. My partner and I PAID for a king room and were given a queen, and then told "sorry, no other rooms available." Our room was facing a few clubs, so the music also went on until 2 a.m. which was very unpleasant. I understand this can happen, but we should at least be warned on the web site that A. you are not getting the type of room you want and B. it will be loud as heck! I will never stay here again, and warn all my friends away from it. Rubbish!
Very good hotel. Perfect location at the end of the famous downtown pedestrian mall. Parked once and never drove the car. Walk to bars, restaurants, concert venues and any other shops you need. Staff is awesome. Highly recommend staying here.
