Omni Dallas sits near the trendy Las Colinas Business District. The 12-story hotel is home to more than 335 renovated guestrooms and suites. Rooms display a Neoclassical architecture with rich taupe and gold accents. Plush bedding, overstuffed chairs and walk-in showers are some unit highlights. Suites offer more space with private bedrooms and living areas. New renovations have given the rooms flat-screen televisions, granite bathroom counters and full-length mirrors. Childproof items, such as nightlights and outlet covers, are available. Pets can also stay at Omni for a surcharge.
Dover’s Grille is an onsite restaurant that serves comfort food for all meals. A coffee shop is also at the hotel. A swimming pool and a whirlpool are on an outside deck. Omni is framed by a green park with an expansive lake. Parents receive a list of family-friendly area attractions. Kids are welcomed to the hotel with backpacks full of books and games.

Had a conference here this week. I like the rooms. Never had to wait long for elevator. Restuarant was great and had good service. Employees were nice and knowledgable. Food was good for conference also. Employees keep things stocked well for conference too. Will stay here again.
Visiting on husbands bday,so i talked with management about possibly sending small desert up to room for suprise. They
even had small bday card. Next day nothing was sent to room,so a little disappointing. Also not sure our room was cleaned next day as dirty glasses were left in room(felt like i was back home and nobody will do dirty dishes) so I rinsed out myself so we could use the glasses.
Just disappointing when you feel like nobody does their job anymore.
The bed was fine and bathroom was ok ,just dissapointed in service.
