Overview

This is such a cool space in the tiny mountain hamlet of Green Mountain Falls. One of the greatest features is the family suite in the main lodge. Here, there are two bathrooms, two bunk rooms with a bunk bed and personal television in each, and a master bedroom, plus a living area and darling porch. This is such a sweet snag for a family, it’s niche and special. Room amenities include free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, built-in DVD player, free local calls, compact fridge, and in-room coffee. Additional lodge offerings include housekeeping services, full kitchen with cookware and service ware, shared dining table and chairs, free laundry facilities, outdoor fire pit and seating, gas BBQ and table and free guest parking. However, one of the best features is the fact that the family can go for a hike right out the back door of the Lodge, or they can walk across the street to a handful of restaurants, galleries and mountain shops. Come deep snow or the dead of summer, this place is great for activity and spaces that nurture family time.

Lovely Property!

by ETBirder

We enjoyed the outlook lodge facilities. It was as presented online. Quiet and well thought out. Enjoyed having nice robes for cover to and from the hot tub that was steps outside our door. Ice machine was just steps away. The small fridge and microwave came in handy too! Sometimes parking was a little tight but doable. The wifi worked well too!

Peaceful perfection

by Ebony H

After arriving late and waking Chris we were off to a rough start, but as soon as we stepped into the room (downstairs carriage), I got this feeling everything would be great. This place isn't for everyone - those who are light sleepers may have troubles hearing every single step of those above you - but it has character, and that's what I loved. Perfectly placed close to garden of the gods and the pretty little town of manitou springs, this was the best introduction to colorado I could have wished for. Two visits to the Pantry made it heaven on Earth. Thanks for your understanding about the email troubles, Chris, and your heads up on the construction work.. and thanks for sharing this beautiful place.
