Delightful Down-Home Hotel

by Timothy L

Stayed at the Park Terrace while attending a wedding at the Bilmar next door. Nice family-run hotel with all the amenities - fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, etc.- along with clean well-kept rooms and great service. Definitely will stay again and recommend to all my friends and family!

Clean, Friendly, Quaint Hotel on Gulf/Walking Trail

by Steve H

Our room had views of both the Gulf & Bay. Within walking distance of restaurants, Walgreens, Publix. Room had coffee maker, refrigerator, sink, stove & microwave. There is also an area outdoors with a grill if you want to go to Publix & grill your own steak, fish, etc. Pool is nice & plenty of chairs/chaises for guests. There is no elevator, so if you are opposed to stairs, you may want to consider booking on the 1st floor. We chose the 3rd because we needed the "exercise" after eating our way through Treasure Island! There is also a nice deck on the 3rd floor with an awesome view & you can people watch Bayside or watch the Sunset on the Gulfside.
