This three-floor boutique hotel is in a great location and known for its super friendly service. Built in 1926, rooms are smaller and there is no elevator, but the accommodations are well appointed and the staff is always willing to help. One guaranteed free parking space is included with each room, which is like gold by the beach. Beach towels are plentiful and chairs and umbrellas are offered for rent.
One-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes or rooms with double beds are great options for families. The beach is just steps away, as are a convenience store and Dairy Queen. Don’t miss the rooftop terrace for live music and spectacular sunsets. Onsite Palm Pavilion Beachside Grill & Bar is the oldest operating beach pavilion in the state of Florida, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The hotel has a small pool, and beach toys and boogie boards are available.

Location location location. Clearwater Beach. A throw back hotel to an easier time at the beach. Very friendly and spotless. It has one of the best decks on the beach. It's on the third floor and overlooks a 180 degree unobstructed view of Clearwater Beach. It is a great place to stay
Food is tasty and the view is fantastic. A laid back atmosphere with refined bar food . Walk down to the water after you eat. Easy ( metered) parking behind the restaurant on the beach It Does not get any better.
