One of Whistler’s best ski resorts with gondolas just outside of the hotel, the Pan Pacific provides families with studio, one- and two-bedroom suite options with full kitchens, dining tables, fireplaces and balconies. All rooms provide complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, iPod docking stations and coffee makers. Complimentary shuttle service around Whistler and ski valet are available to guests, as well. Children 18 and younger stay free with parents, and studio suites with queen Murphy beds and a queen-sized sofa. One-bedroom suites provide a king or queen bed with a separate living area with queen sofa bed and sleep four. Two-bedroom suites are great for families with a master bedroom outfitted with a king bed, a second bedroom outfitted with a queen bed, and a queen sofa bed in the separate living area, sleeping six.
For families, children’s bathrobe, high chairs, cribs, playpens, baby monitors, pool diapers and games are available. In the winter months, turndown service includes cookies. Babysitting and family activities are available, and a heated, outdoor, saltwater pool overlooks the mountain. Guests can enjoy the heated patio next to Skier’s Plaza and the Dubh Linn Gate Irish Pub, which welcomes families and serves in-room meals. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on property.

This hotel is set in a beautiful area of Whistler which mountain back drop. Our only criticism would be on the price of parking which is expensive and we didn't expect. Also on arrival the bed was of a drop down nature and not a stand alone. A further $70 per night was requested for a stand alone bed. Don't pay as the drop down bed is comfortable but a bit creeky.
Very enjoyable stay and reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
There is no doubt this hotel has a fantastic location particularly if you are skiing and you are going with children. We had a room facing the mountain and the gondolas. Great to see when you prefer to go. Room was big with kitchenette, microwave and dishwasher and obviously fridge. Two TV , one in bedroom one in sitting room. Balcony and very clean and comfortable bathroom. The girls in charge of the cleaning did a fantastic job, even they put the dishwasher on. All very clean. The rooms facing the mountain are imperative. The Irish pub downstairs is noisy, but nothing so dramatic that one cannot sleep, particularly with all the activities one does. Lovely heated swimming pool and hot tubs. For us ii was just perfect.
