We happened to be able to stay here last weekend and enjoyed it immensely! The staff is amazing! Quick to respond to any request and very accommodating. The staff from the moment we walked in to the lobby to see if they had a vacancy for us was great and Ashley and Daniel were so helpful! Meeting new people at the firepit and having an amazing omelet made by Tony in the mornings! They kept the grounds as clean as can be! Each morning someone swept and cleaned the walkways! The location is awesome, right in the middle of all the fun but still quiet and serene to be able to relax. We hated to leave! Can't wait to return!
Had a great stay at the Pavilion hotel. Their customer service is top notch. (It made me wonder if the staff have BA degrees in Hotel Hospitality! A+++). They have knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant/friendly staff! Every interaction with the staff was great!
Just hours before leaving Catalina, my eight year old son chipped a large portion of his 2-front adult :( teeth at the local playground. This was such a bummer on our trip. My son was crying and so upset. The staff at the Pavilion hotel were so compassionate. They helped call a local dentist, directions to find a local grocer to find meds for him and ice for the swelling. Did I mention we weren’t even guest anymore at this point. We had checked out earlier that morning...but they still treated us like their guest!
