Golf Channel Am Tour National Championship

Overall....not worth the money. The check-in process is long and tedious!! None of the desk clerks spoke good English!! Took forever to get checked-in to my room.
Was there for 17 nights. The rooms are average. Need some updating. The lighting in the rooms are horrible. The lighting in the bathrooms were very dim!!
The food choices there are ridiculous. Food prices were very high and the food wasn’t good at all. $7.00 for bacon (3strips).
The parking is a joke. Valet parking was $39 a day. The self parking was a mile or so away.
For a 17 night stay, I could’ve come out better with a Airbnb or a VRBO!!
The courses were okay. I thought they were very overrated for the advertising!!! The staff at the courses wasn’t very friendly of helpful.
My suggestion, if you have to stay there, then it’s okay. Otherwise I would look at staying off property!!!

Excellent resort

For work we had a couple days of meetings here, and stayed in the hotel. It is very nice. Rooms are a decent size and things worked well in them. Check in and check out were easy. There is a large beautiful pool outside, and surprisingly to me it was not very crowded, which made swimming in it and lounging in it very nice. There are nice areas to walk around by the golf courses and though there are signs for alligators, I did not see any (probably for the best!) I did see a lot of very pretty birds around the resort, as well as an iguana and a bunch of smaller lizards. We got good bar service at our company events. For meals the catered food was pretty good, nothing extraordinary. There are a bunch of restaurants and bars around the property.
