Overview

The Pinnacle Hotel is located in the heart of the pedestrian-only Whistler Village and offers families a variety of services and amenities, such as an outdoor pool, fitness center, onsite ski and snowboard rentals, complimentary bikes and storage, free shuttle to the mountain base and onsite dinner dining at Quatro or the more casual Alta Bistro. An ideal room option for families is the Deluxe Studio with a queen bed, sofa bed, gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with full fridge, dishwasher and stovetop, plus an in-room Jacuzzi. The Deluxe Studio with Two Queens offers the same features without the sofa bed. The hotel offers a couple of family-oriented packages, such as Sea 2 Sky Gondola (located in nearby Squamish) and Whistler Bike Adventure. From the hotel, explore Whistler Village on foot, take the Peak to Peak Gondola ride between Whistler and Blackcomb mountains in any season, and try the Ziptrek zip line.

Good price

by SofieBer

I have mixed emotions about our stay here. We stayed in one of the Deluxe rooms and the layout is great, mini kitchen, couch, fireplace and dining area. Bed was ok but pillows very uncomfortable according to both me and my husband.

The overall design and feeling of the room is a bit outdated. Definitely feel like a renovation would be beneficial.

I love the fact that you can bring your pet and staff was very friendly and the location is great. You can get access to underground parking (a bit expensive but very practical).

We didn’t end up sleeping much though, because of uncomfortable pillows and hearing what the neighbors were up to during the night... might not be very good isolated or people were just loud.

It’s one of the cheaper options in Whistler and you get pretty much what you expect. Not sure I’d go back though, might just spend a few extra dollars for a more fancy experience.

Fine

Dirty robes, room reaked like curry and stairs Smelt like fish but the room was a fine room, small but fine. Tiny 4 person hot tub so we couldn't go in it because of other guests already there but... Quattro was delicious.
