Every year we take a trip west to visit family, always stay in Evanston for 2 nights.
This hotel is superb, older style but VERY well maintained facility, park outside your unit. Price is good, CLEAN, huge rooms with good wifi. Beds are comfy and lots of nice pillows. The staff is all very friendly and accommodating. They offer a continental breakfast starting at 7, which is a cost saving bonus. There is even very well maintained and clean laundry facility here. Just off the interstate but it’s quiet.
Totally recommend this hotel, can’t go wrong.

The rating would have been higher if I had a different room. However my room had no windows. Had I not been tired I might have asked for a different room.
The hotel is an older model but clean. The bathroom sink had several fractures in the sink plus some rusty spots. The toilet/shower are looked recently redecorated. Thking a shower was a challenge. Just as I got the temperature adjusted to the right temperature it would go cold or extremely hot. I had to wait until the right moments to get under the spray.
Breakfast was typical motel but did have biscuits and gravy.
