Nice Stay

by Kimberly D

We spent our final 10 nights in Bali at this hotel.
We really liked it’s location. It’s not too busy, and yet had all the amenities just outside our door. There’s a scooter rental, laundry shop, gym and local places to eat just a few steps away. The beach is is just less than 1km away. The hotel is very clean, but older in appearance. The staff was very friendly. We had an upstairs villa. It was quite dated, but clean. The AC in our room was not at all able to keep up with the outside temperature. We asked to have it fixed, and staff came immediately, but all efforts failed. They finally said that the room was too large for that size of AC. We were quite hot, and were not able to be in the room most of the day. The wifi in the room was not good, but I found that in Bali in general. The breakfast buffet was nice. They had made to order omelettes, toast, fruit, cereal, some past, juice, veggies, and some Indonesian choices. We are a got couple, and need our food, and protein intake. We found when we asked for a 4 egg omelette, some of staff was either in shock or not happy with the order. I’m not sure why. (Normally we have 12 egg whites for breakfast) and I realize that’s not the norm, and usually have more at hotels than 4. But we kept it at 4, as to not upset anyone. The pool was really nice, clean, and a good way to cool off in the warm afternoons.

It has lovely grounds wit Balinese concept but rooms needs some upgrading.

There had been a lot of mix review about this place but I still went to see for myself.
we stayed in a Villa using both up n down...so downstairs is better as it has a bigger space while up is kind of worn out flooring n no view.
The surrounding are very balinese n nice but surely there willbe mosqitoes just ask for coil.
Now the management needs to improve many things...Shampoos bathgel were
Never replenished for 3 days...i had to call n ask.for it..The staffs at the breakfast never had a smile..
They do not offer shower place if you have a late flight just ask you to use the toilet.
Rooms need some upgrading
The cost of staying here is low
If you goin to be out most of the time n just coming back at night is fine to stay here..
