There’s also a game room and a coin-operated laundry facility to wash and dry your wet ski gear.
Guestrooms, some of which are pet-friendly, include flat-screen TVs, coffeemakers and shower/tub combos in bathrooms. They are equipped with one king or two queen beds; rollaway beds and cribs are available.

This property has four buildings, one small motel along the Saranac Avenue, one larger further up the driveway and a couple of lodges facing Paradox Bay of Lake Placid.
I was assigned a spacious room with two queen beds, filled with worn furniture including desk, chair, dresser, fridge with freezer shelf and a microwave. A small balcony with chairs gave a street view and mountains in the background. The carpet was stained and the room smelled like a thousand sweaty socks were hidden somewhere. The mattress was worn and sinking, the bathroom very small with thin towels and mildew in the shower. Walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors talk, run water and close doors.
Breakfast was served in the large building uphill in a spacious room with rotten ceiling and peeling paint. The stairs and deck leading to the building are shut off because the wood is rotten and leaning. The breakfast is good, including meat products, egg products, breads, muffins, bagels, cereal, waffle maker, juice and good coffee.
we had a room adjacent to indoor swim pool which was used and very noisy until almost 11 p.m. Tried to drown out noise with the heat but after 5 minutes it started blowing cold air. Won't stay there again.
