Worst hotel I've ever stayed in!

by Foodie1585

Spent over $200 for this room because it was a football weekend and rooms were hard to come by. However, you can't charge people this much when the room is so ragged. The down comforter was lumpy and too short for the bed, coffee maker disgusting, spots all over the comforter, carpet dirty. Called to ask for another room but not available. This room should have cost $100 at the most. COULD NOT GET ON WIFI AT ALL. Have never had that happen before in any hotel. The bathroom door had something splattered on it and looks like they haven't even tried to clean it. Spots on the towels, just everything was run down and dirty. When things look that bad, they need to be replaced. Just astonished, Choice Hotels used to have standards. I did get the manager's name and will be contacting them personally. Of course the reservation was non-refundable. I took pictures of everything but cannot upload them.

Worst Place in Town

Booked one night for move in day at UA. This has got to be the dirtiest, must disgusting hotel I have ever booked. We ended up not staying here and tried to cancel the reservation (pithing policy before 4pm) and the front desk would not allow us.

Rooms were not ready before 2pm and even when cleaned were not up to par. Our bathroom door had a hole in it and their was rust on all the pipes in the bathroom. Hotel is behind a storage facility off the main road.

Never ever stay in this hotel. Way too many other choices to pick from You will regret your decision if you do.
