Stay Elsewhere

Although a great location, hotel website does not warn of scaffolding covering the entire entrance (even cab driver had difficulty finding it) and noisy materials elevators that pass right NEXT to your room. Why even offer those rooms except at exceptional discounts and complete transparency?? Hilton needs to work harder to achieve its potential. D- Rating.

Don't stay at this poor budget hotel

by James M

Arrived at this hotel to find it surrounded by scaffolding and a noisy contractors lift outside our window.
We had a nespresso coffee maker with "paper cups", there was one glass in the bathroom and no drinking glasses. When I asked at reception I was told by the manager that it is not company policy to provide these items and that the hotel was going to convert to a time-share facility. I was disgusted that they have abandoned their current guests because of future plans. We have stayed at a number of Hilton Hotels but this is disgraceful service from Hilton. We've stayed at budget hotels with better facilities and better service.
Tea and coffee replenishment was far from satisfactory, we were only provided with decaf coffee and no tea, so I requested more coffee, tea, sugar and paper cups. After three requests and a five hour wait we were sent some of the items we requested. When I complained at reception they suggested we buy coffee at the deli next door.
