This hotel never disappoints you

First time ever in my life I wanted to travel to the same hotel as before and I did. This hotel truly never disappoints you. Rooms and balconies are spacious and functional. Personel - especially - at the restaurant Canaria (?) - are extremely professional, effective and supersuper friendly.

Our washing machine was broken when we tested it first night. I called to the reception and by 9.00 PM (within two hours) it was replaced by a new machine. Very impressive!

Breakfast is excellent. The dinner buffet is ok, the gala dinner day exquisite. But dont eat there every night because there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Amfi-beach has many different types of restaurants and is just 400-500 meters away.

Everyone and everything was top notch and as expected. Staff were professional and attentive, and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Lovely experience - and the food!!!!

They were very welcoming, and helpful with an early arrival, with the car, maps, suggestions for meals, and beyond friendly. I loved their welcome drink and little cookies and lemon water in the lobby when coming back after a day exploring.

It was a very simple walk along safe sidewalks into town or to local restaurants. The pool and property were a 6 out of 5, and the two beaches alongside the resort allowed for options when going for a dip in the ocean and some sand between your toes.

Please keep up the high level of service, and I look forward to visiting again one day.
